Golf Carts for Seasonal Guests
- Personal golf carts are welcome with a completed inspection and proof of insurance.
- Seasonal golf cart fee: $250 per season.
How to Reserve a Seasonal RV Site
1. Seasonal Site List Released in September
Each September, we release our updated seasonal site list at the office. Seasonal guests from the previous year have the first opportunity to renew, followed by any remaining sites for new seasonals.
2. First Come, First Served

- $1,000 non-refundable deposit
- $500 refundable security deposit (cash or check only)
- No site is held without a deposit.

Monthly Sites – Flexible Stays, Seasonal Focus
We offer a limited number of monthly RV sites for guests who need a bit more time than a typical vacation but aren’t ready to commit to a full season. These sites are secondary to our Seasonal RV Sites, and availability may be limited depending on the time of year.
Monthly stays are best for:
- Guests testing out seasonal camping before committing.
- Families planning extended trips in the Pine Barrens.
Outdoor lovers needing a South Jersey base for a month or more.
