RV Sites
Spacious, wooded RV sites with a mix of back-in and pull-through options, full hook-ups, and some sites along the Wading River. Ideal for families, couples, and seasonal campers who love bringing their own home on wheels.

Rustic Cabins
Don’t own an RV? Our 16 rustic cabins let you enjoy the outdoors with a few simple comforts. Each cabin has electricity, A/C, bunks, and a small porch — with a short walk to the bathhouse for restrooms and showers.

- Sleeps up to 5 people (bunks and a full-size bed)

Tent Camping
For campers who like things simple, our tent sites keep you close to nature. Choose wooded sites near the river or the pond and enjoy easy access to the bathhouse, pool, and amenities.

Seasonal RV Sites – Your Homebase in Nature
If you find yourself wishing your trips to Wading Pines could last a little longer, a seasonal RV site might be the right fit. Seasonal guests keep their RV set up from April 1 through November 1, enjoying the beautiful natural setting, full amenities and activities, and a strong sense of community with fellow campers from Delaware, Philadelphia, New York, North Jersey, and nearby parts of New Jersey.

We also offer limited monthly RV sites, but Seasonal RV Sites are our primary long-term option.
Some parks in our area are seasonal-only. Wading Pines still welcomes overnight and weekly campers too — giving you a seasonal homebase without losing the fun of weekend visitors.

Wading Pines is designed for families, couples, and groups who enjoy the outdoors. Children 11 and under camp free, and many of our activities — from pool time to train rides — are created with kids in mind. Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome at RV sites, tent sites, and in our rustic cabins with a small pet fee.

Do your cabins have bathrooms or kitchens?
No. Our cabins are rustic camping cabins with electricity and A/C, but no bathroom or kitchen inside. Guests staying in cabins use the nearby bathhouse for restrooms and showers.
Can I book a seasonal RV site online?

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at RV and tent sites, and in cabins with a small pet fee. Pets must be leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after. For full details, please see our policies.
