### Rustic Cabin Rates

- Seasonal sites are **first come, first served** once available
- **$1,000 non-refundable deposit** required to secure site

### Discounts, Fees & Important Booking Notes

#### Hero Discount

We offer a 10% discount on RV site and cabin rates for:

- Please show a valid ID at check-in.

#### Cancellation Policy Snapshot

- Standard cancellations: **$25 cancellation fee** if cancelled at least **7 days prior to arrival**
- Holiday weekends: **3-night deposit required** and must be cancelled at least **30 days prior** to arrival

- Rental golf carts: **$99 per day** plus **$250 damage hold**
